Policies

Tariffs:
All prices listed are inclusive of GST. Seasonal/Peak and Minimum stay/rates may apply. A $15 surcharge may be levied for one night stays over peak periods and/or check outs on a public holiday.

Check In:
Is between 2pm - 9pm. Please contact the motel if you wish to check-in outside of these hours.

Check Out:
Is prior to 10am. (A late check out fee may be levied).

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no fee. Thereafter all accommodation MAY be charged to credit card details supplied or invoiced. Any refund may be given at management's discretion.

Changes in reservation term:
Any alteration of dates may result in changes to the quoted tariff rate previously quoted or confirmed, and/or may be declined by Management and will constitute a cancellation on your part.

On arrival or once you have checked in, should you advise us that you are departing earlier than your scheduled departure date, all nights reserved may be charged. A refund will be given at the Management's discretion.

Credit card guarantees:
All reservations require your credit card details for authorisation. Should you fail to show by 10am the day following your scheduled arrival date your reservation will be treated as a late cancellation and charges may be debited to your credit card as per our cancellation policy.

Group Reservations if booked online will be declined. Please contact us on our Freephone Reservation number if you wish to reserve more than TWO units for any given period.

Two Bedroom Units:
As explained in our Room Descriptions our Two Bedroom units are not suitable for pre school children (under 5 years old). Our spacious One Bedroom Family Apartments are more suitable for families with young children. We reserve the right to decline the Two Bedroom accommodation if on your arrival we find that little ones are registered as guests.

Public Holiday Check In/Out:
We respect the fact that our Housekeeping Staff require 'family' time like yourself. Therefore, we have no 'Arrivals or Check outs' on Christmas Day or New Years Day. If your online reservation arrival or departure falls onto one of these days your reservation may be declined and we will contact you for alternative departure/arrival dates to suit.

Accounts:
Are payable on departure unless prior arrangement has been made. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.
